Lisa & I have a happy life.

We’ve been together for 33 years.

We have been living the almost typical “American dream”…

kids, grandkids, nice home (of course with a mortgage), a dog, a few cats, a couple of cars and a few toys too.

We became “empty nesters” in 2018.

We enjoy kayaking, camping, RVing, motorcycling. skiing, walking, volunteering, spending time with our kids & grandkids and more.

I have been in the same corporate industry for 27 years.

Lisa has always been lucky enough to always be a

stay-at-home mom.

Everything changed in December 2020.

That’s when the company I’d been with for 25 years closed because of Covid.

We lost quite a bit of our retirement savings due to that closure because it was an employee-owned company (ESOP).

That was devastating after 25 years at my “job” thinking our retirement was safe.

I did get a new position with a different company in the same industry, but it’s become unfulfilling.

I’m making less than I have for many years.

I struggle with knowing that I’m creating a lot of income for my new company, but not enough for my family.

Plus, suddenly our retirement savings wasn't going to be enough to support the lifestyle we had always planned on.

I found myself feeling like a victim.

I hate “victim mentality”!

I have even trained against it for years.

We want to retire in style.

And, we want more…

More time to spend with our kids & grandkids...

More time to spend with my aging mom...

More time to spend with each other...

More freedom to do what we want to do WHEN we want to do it...

More financial freedom so we can “give back” to the world...

More financial freedom so we can leave a legacy for our family...

More financial freedom to ensure a secure retirement for ourselves...

More satisfaction with the income we are trading for our time.

We both have always felt that we were not living up to our full potential, as many people do.

We both have always had an entrepreneurial spirit.

We both have always felt that we were “worth more” and that we had more to contribute to the world.

So, we decided to put an end the “victim mentality”, quit complaining and take control of our future.

That’s when (& WHY) we started our own online business.

We know that there are a lot of people approaching retirement who find themselves in the same position we found ourselves in... for whatever reason.

Maybe their company closed.

Maybe they’re in a dying industry.

Maybe they didn’t prepare as well as they could have.

Maybe they just want to take control of their own income and their own future.

We want to help!
